The ResultSport Wobble/Balance board is build with high quality hard wood with one swipe easy clean anti-slip PVC surface.A balance board is used for many things including leisure and fun, balance training, brain development, therapy, athletic training and muscle training.
Its purpose is to develop balance, weight distribution, core strength and motor coordination. It is also often used to prevent injuries to the ankle and knee by building up their strength and also for rehabilitation after injuries to various parts of the body. They are particularly useful for board sport athletes.
They are suitable to be used at home, in the gym, at sport training and also in any physiotherapy department or private practice clinic.
The 40cm board has a 16 degree tilt and is recommended for intermediate to advance user.
