As with all sticky mats, the Orla Kiely mat will wear in to develop excellent grip to counter-act slipping and sliding in postures. At 5.5mm thick, this mat is slightly thicker than standard sticky yoga mats, so will provide additional cushioning for comfort and support in seated or kneeling postures.
